Alberta Launch 13th July

LuckyDays Alberta launched on 13 July 2026.

From this date, eligible Alberta players can access the full regulated experience, including:

  • Deposits
  • Withdrawals
  • Real-money gaming
  • Promotions and bonuses (subject to applicable Terms & Conditions)

Alberta Migration

On 13 July 2026, the Alberta website becomes the dedicated regulated website for Alberta players.

From this date:

  • Alberta players should use luckydays.ca/ab
  • Existing Alberta customers can continue accessing their previous LuckyDays.com/ca or SpinAway.com/ca account for 30 days
    until 12 August 2026
  • IP-based website guidance will become active to help players navigate to the correct website

LuckyDays uses your current location to recommend the website intended for your province.

Depending on which website you visit, you may see a message offering you the option to:

  • Continue to the recommended provincial website, or
  • Stay on the website you've chosen.

For example:

  • Alberta players visiting the Ontario website will be offered the option to switch to Alberta or remain on Ontario.
  • Ontario players visiting the Alberta website will be offered the option to switch to Ontario or remain on Alberta.
  • Players from other Canadian provinces visiting a provincial website will also receive guidance to the most appropriate website.

The Alberta website operates under a separate regulated licence.

To comply with Alberta regulations, every player must create a brand new Alberta account.

Existing LuckyDays or SpinAway accounts cannot be transferred to the Alberta website.

If you had an Alberta account before 13 July 2026, you'll need to create a new account on luckydays.ca/ab to continue playing after launch.

For 30 days after launch (until 12 August 2026), you'll also be able to access your previous account to complete your transition.

During this period, if you visit luckydays.com/ca from Alberta, you'll be presented with a migration message allowing you to:

  • Go to LuckyDays Alberta
  • Access your existing LuckyDays.com/ca account

During the transition period:

  • No new bonuses will be issued
  • No new promotions will be available
  • No new wheel rewards will be available
  • No new promotional participation will be permitted

Your previous account is intended solely to help you complete your transition to Alberta.

Once the 30-day transition period ends:

  • Previous Alberta accounts will be closed
  • Alberta players will no longer be able to access LuckyDays.com/ca or SpinAway.com/ca using their legacy Alberta account
  • Players should continue using their new Alberta account on
    luckydays.ca/ab

Your previous LuckyDays.com/ca or SpinAway.com/ca account will remain available until 12 August 2026.

This 30-day period allows you to complete your transition before your previous account is closed.

During the 30-day transition period you can:

Withdraw your available balance

View your account history

If your previous account is closed while a balance remains, please contact Customer Support at: help.ab@luckydays.ca

Our team will assist you with the withdrawal process where applicable.

Accounts & Login

If no Alberta account exists for your username or email address, you'll see a message offering you the option to:

  • Create a new Alberta account
  • Return to LuckyDays Rest of Canada or SpinAway Rest of Canada (during the transition period)

If your Alberta account already exists but your password is incorrect, you'll simply be asked to try again or reset your password.

If you receive a message stating your email address is already in use, please contact Customer Support.

Our team will verify your account and help you complete your Alberta registration.

Alberta regulations require every player to complete identity verification on the Alberta website.

Even if you've previously completed KYC with LuckyDays or SpinAway, you'll need to complete the process again for your Alberta account.

Yes.

Since you're creating a brand-new Alberta account, you'll also create a new password.

Existing passwords are not transferred from your previous account.

Player information, including saved payment methods, will not be transferred to the Alberta website.

Not necessarily.

Bonus terms vary depending on the promotion.

My Account

There might be different reasons why you can't login to your account. If your account has been blocked due to too many failed login attempts you can simply request a new one by using the reset password option. If the problem persists, please check your email or contact our support for further details.

You can reopen your account if you have closed it or if you have self-excluded and the self-exclusion period has ended. In this case please contact our Customer Support. However, you can not reopen your account if you have asked to be permanently self-excluded or if your account for any reason has been closed by us.

Simply click "Login" and then "Forgot password?" which is located just above the password field on the right hand side and follow the instructions.

Please make sure that you have entered the correct email you used when you created your account. If it still doesn't work, please check the spam folder in your inbox or contact us.

We only allow one account per player. If you are experiencing problems logging in to your account or forgot if you already have an account registered with us, contact us here.

Login to your account, go to "Settings", click the "Verify" tab, and follow the instructions.

We aim to verify your account within 24 hours. During busy periods, or if we need any additional documentation it could take slightly longer however. If you want to check the status of your account verification, go to "Settings" followed by the "Verify" tab.

Bonuses & Promotions

At LuckyDays you always have to activate your bonuses before they become available. You can do that either from "Home" or directly in the cashier. If you have available free spins, simply open the game and they'll be right there.

Before you can withdraw bonus money you need to meet the wagering requirement. If you want to see how much you have left to wager, simply go to the cashier.

If not specified, the wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount plus deposit, and 30x the winnings from free spins.

Just go to the Cashier where you can keep track on your bonus progression and find out more about your active bonuses.

Yes, all our bonuses are offered with an expiry date which is usually specified in the promotion.

Unfortunately no. If you cancel a bonus it cannot be reactivated.

Deposit & Withdrawals

No. All deposits are 100% free of charge.

Deposits are usually credited instantly. If you're experiencing any delays, try reloading the page and logging out and back in to your account. If your deposit still hasn't been credited after 5 minutes, contact our support and they'll help you out.

If your deposit is declined, please make sure you've entered the correct details and that you have enough funds in your account. If the problem persists we kindly ask you to contact your payment provider/bank and get in touch with our Customer Support Team.

Upon sending your request our Payment Team will process your withdrawal within 24 hours taken that your account is verified and we do not require any further documents. Once your withdrawal has been processed it may take up to 5 banking days before you receive your money depending on the payment method. You can find more information within the Cashier.

Remember that certain payment methods can take up to 5 working days to be fully processed. If you haven't received your money after the specified handling time within the Cashier section please contact our Customer Support team and we will do our best to have the withdrawal traced.

Geolocation

In Alberta, online casinos like LuckyDays are required by law to verify that all players are physically located within the province. This is a regulatory requirement set by the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis (AGLC) , and we are legally obligated to perform these checks. Even if you are in Alberta, sometimes technical factors can interfere with these checks

What should I do?
Sometimes, devices and networks can give confusing location signals. If you’re receiving an error, please try the following steps:

Toggle Your Mobile Data:

  • Turn your mobile data off and on again.
  • This refreshes your connection and may help reset your location data.

Connect or Disconnect from Wi-Fi:

  • If you're on Wi-Fi, try switching to mobile data only.
  • If you're on mobile data, try connecting to a stable Wi-Fi network.

Restart Your Wi-Fi Router:

  • Power off your Wi-Fi router for 30 seconds and turn it back on.
  • Sometimes the router’s IP or network routing may cause location issues.

Turn Off VPN, Proxy, or Firewall Services:

  • If you are using a VPN, proxy, or certain security software, please disable them.
  • These can mask your true location, and cause geolocation failures.

Close Background Applications That May Interfere:

  • Close any remote desktop software (like TeamViewer, Remote Desktop, etc.)
  • Some security or remote access software can interfere with geolocation checks.

Change Your Browser:

  • If you're using a web browser, try switching to another browser (e.g. Chrome, Safari, Firefox).

Clear Cache on the App (iOS):

  • Go to your iPhone Settings > General > iPhone Storage > LuckyDays > Offload App. Then reinstall the app from the App Store.
  • This clears stored data that might be interfering with geolocation.

Ensure Location Services Are Enabled:

  • Make sure your device’s location settings are turned ON for both the browser and the app.
  • On iPhone: Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > LuckyDays > While Using the App.

Why can’t you just skip the location check?
Unfortunately, LuckyDays cannot skip this check. This is a legal requirement. Without successful location verification, we are not permitted to allow gameplay.

If none of these steps work, what should I do?
Please contact LuckyDays Customer Support. Our team is ready to help you troubleshoot further and get you back to your game.
